The prices of the products are marked out on the website and are an integral part of the Terms of usage by reference. The prices are in INR but is adjustable to any currency of your preference. Our prices, along with our products and service are subjected to change at PINKRAFT discretion..

Kindly note that any pending payment will be process before the order is dispatched. If the said order is cancelled afterwards, you will have your money returned to your source account.

Cancellation done by us

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order. The cancelled may be a result of the following reasons, limited stock, qualities available for purchase, inaccurately priced products, fraudulent activities with credit/debit cards etc. We may also, at times, require additional details or verification at the time of accepting an order. You will be notified if your

order us completely or partially cancelled and if we require any additional confirmation. In case your order us cancelled after you have made the payment, we will return the amount to your source bank account.

Cancellation done by the customer

If a customer manages to send us an cancellation notice before the order is shipped, we will be able to call off the order and reimburse the full amount as store credit. However, If the order is already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In that case, the customer will be advised to check the return policy.

Final and Binding Decision If we decide to cancel an order in light of fraud or other unfortunate incidents, the decision will be binding. The customer will accept the decision without conflict.

Credit/Debit card details

The payment information provided by you must be accurate. The credit/debit card should be owned by you. If any discrepancy or fraudulent activity is observed during payment, all pending and future orders to that account will be cancelled immediately. If the customer is charged for the cancelled order, we will return the money to your source account with the exception of processing fee of payment gateway or as per the conditions of Transaction merchant.

The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met

2. If a customer fails to provide ample documentation during payment verification.
3. If a customer exploits another customer’s contact details.
4. If the contact details provided by the customer (email and phone) are invalid.
5. Unusually frequent usage of a voucher code.
6. If the customer uses a special voucher that is not attached to their email.
7. If the wrong product is returned by the customer
8. If a customer refuses to pay for their order
9. If a customer is involved in a snatch and run incident with their order.
The customer may be considered a loss to business if any of the following scenarios are met 1. If a customer has an unusually high return rate.
2. If the address provided are invalid or incorrect
3. If the customer has made several demands for monetary compensation for issues that are trivial at best.

If a customer is considered fraudulent or a loss to business, their account will be blocked immediately.
